Established in the year 2015, The Department of Post Graduate Studies in Commerce offers M.Com (Full - Time) Course in Poornaprajna College, Udupi. The Department offers Finance and Taxation as specialization. We impart knowledge through lectures, interactive sessions, case analysis, group discussions, internship training, project work and focus on overall development of the students. 


The Department provides Soft Skill development & Communicative English course on an yearly basis to the students with intention of developing students soft skills and employability. The  P.G. Commerce Department conducts yearly programs such as Panel Discussion on Budget, Training programs for NET/KSET Exams, Industrial Visits. Guest lectures by experts are arranged for the students to help them go above and beyond the curriculum.

Orientation Programme for 1st year P.G. Students

  Orientation Program Date: 21.12.2020 Highlight: Orientation program to first year post graduate students at P.G block. H.H Sri Sri Vishwapriya Theertha Swamiji inaugurated PG program for the academic year 2020-21   and blessed the students and faculty members. Dr Raghavendra, the Principal of our college presided over the program and Dr H.V Somayaji, Coordinator of M.com, welcomed the gathering.

Abhijna - Inter-Collegiate Competitions

 On 10th August 2022, Department of Postgraduate Studies in Commerce held "Abhijna" an Inter-collegiate for Undergraduate students of neighboring colleges.  Four Compeitions were held for Invitee Teams.
